What to Bring for Your Pod Stay

Our pods give you the shelter, warmth and power. You bring the comfort, just as you would for a camping trip.

"Bring Your Own Bed" Setup Explained

The pods are unfurnished inside, so you can set them up the way you like. Pack the following:

Something to sleep on: an airbed, camp bed or sleeping mats
Bedding: sleeping bags or a duvet
Pillows: plus a blanket for extra warmth
Cooking gear: a stove, pans, plates and cutlery for meals at your picnic bench
Towels and toiletries: for the wet room block

Keeping the pods unfurnished keeps the price down, which is why our pod stays near York cost much less than a cabin or hotel.

Strict No-Pets Policy in Pod Areas

No dogs or other pets are allowed in or around the camping pods. This applies to every pod booking. Assistance dog wording to be confirmed

We keep the pods pet-free so that they stay clean and allergen-free for guests with allergies or asthma. Please do not book a pod if you plan to bring a dog.

Travelling with your dog? Up to 3 dogs are welcome on our tent pitches and touring caravan pitches, at no extra charge.

Our camping pods in York are priced per night, by season. Booking direct with us always gets you our best price.
